Built with React.js, the website combines a navy-and-gold color palette, prominent typography, founder imagery, and dedicated service and resource pages. Clear navigation and consultation calls to action help visitors find relevant information and take their next step.

Behind the website, GoHighLevel supports automated processes for LLC inquiries, tradelines, and resources. The LLC workflows connect form submissions, lead nurturing, payment confirmations, and paperwork submission with contact tags, pipeline updates, email and SMS communication, and internal notifications.

The LLC process begins when a visitor submits the formation inquiry form. GoHighLevel tags the contact, routes the inquiry according to the selected tier, creates or updates the opportunity, and sends immediate client and internal notifications.
Leads awaiting payment enter a timed email and SMS nurturing sequence. When payment is received, a separate workflow updates their status and sends confirmation messages. Submission of the full formation packet then triggers another workflow to mark paperwork completion and notify the team.
